The brainchild of Greg Ford, the founder of TradeTools Pty Ltd, the TT Diner was born from the same simple ideology that has been the bedrock of TradeTools since 1987 – genuine, ethical, old fashioned service combined with proper in-depth knowledge. Born in London before migrating to Australia in his early 20s, the Diner is a throwback to the golden days from Greg’s childhood – a place where people can come together to enjoy great food & beverages in a nostalgic setting reminiscent of the diners of old. Just one glance around your surroundings at the vintage motorbikes & memorabilia scattered across the walls & you’ll be taken on a journey down memory lane! Now headed by Chuck Perry, the former proprietor of Carolina Kitchen, Chuck like Greg migrated to Australia in his early 20s and brings that in-depth food knowledge to the Diner. The food on the menu pays tribute to Chuck’s upbringing in North Carolina, USA & the hearty meals he grew up with, & who can’t say no to authentic Buffalo Wings or Slow Cooked BBQ Baby Back Ribs! Whilst mindful of their beginnings, these two ex-pats now proudly call Australia home & have delivered a menu which is the perfect mesh between American Food & Australian favourites.

At TT Diner we invest in sourcing the finest & freshest ingredients to assemble and deliver what we consider a memorable dining experience that many dub Brisbane’s best kept secret!
